Ticket terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to tickets purchased for Dunbar Music Festival events held at Dunbar Parish Hall and The Harbour Chapel, for 27 and 28 September 2024.

About the events

Age

All attendees at Dunbar Music Festival ticketed events at Dunbar Parish Hall must be over the age of 10. Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Accessibility

No dogs will be permitted into events, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Dunbar Parish Hall and The Harbour Chapel are accessible venues, although Dunbar Music Festival cannot guarantee that all accessibility needs will be met without prior notice at the time of purchase. Complimentary personal assistant tickets are available for those people who are unable to attend without a personal assistant. Requests for a complimentary ticket must be made when making the booking. Let us know your accessibility requirements.

Seating arrangements

All 3 events are seated events. Seating is unallocated and available on a first-come-first-served basis, unless by prior arrangement for accessibility purposes as noted above. Guests are expected to remain in their seats for the duration of the event, except when using toilet facilities or licensed bar. 

Food, drink and smoking

Those wishing to purchase drinks can do so from the licenced bar. Challenge 25 will be in operation, and people under the age of 18 cannot approach the bar.

No food or drinks are permitted to be brought on or off site.

The venues are no smoking zones for the duration of the Dunbar Music Festival events.

Covid safety

Do not attend the events if you exhibit Covid symptoms. For everyone’s safety we would appreciate you undertaking a lateral flow device test 48 hours before you attend.

About your tickets

Ticket prices are exclusive of booking and administration fees, levied by our ticketing and payment processing partners. These charges are explicitly stated during the purchasing process.

Any ticket you purchase from us remains the property of Dunbar Music Festival and is a personal revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets prior to purchase and once they have been delivered; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Availability and delivery

Tickets will be issued in the form of eTickets via email. Once you buy tickets through our ticketing partner Ticket Tailor, you will receive tickets as an e-ticket, which can be presented on your mobile device at the door. Alternatively, print the e-ticket at home and bring it with you.

Refunds and cancellation 

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these Terms.

Dunbar Music Festival reserves the right to alter or cancel events. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.

In the event a refund is being issued due to an error by Dunbar Music Festival, the refund amount will normally include the sale price of the ticket(s) purchased, as well as booking fee and any other charges. If a refund is being issued for any other reason, the refund amount will be for the sale price of the ticket(s) purchased and may exclude the booking fee and any other charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original payment method.
